J Martins pronounced Jay Martins is a talented Nigerian musician who was born in Onitsha, Anambra state on the 29th of September 19.. and he hails from Ohaofia in Abia State, Nigeria
His real name is Martins Okey Justice

Childhood
As a child, young J Martins travelled with his mother who was in the choir on many choir tours and was exposed to several church choirs singing and also learnt how to play multiple musical instruments

Education
J Martins got his nursery, primary and university education in Eastern Nigeria and holds two degrees, one in Mass Communication from IMT Enugu and the second in Business Admininistration from Enugu State University of Technology - ESUT

Musical career
J Martins has worked with successful Nigerian artistes like P-Square, Resonance, Timaya, Soul E, Waje to mention a few. Jay has also collaborated with Gospel artistes like Patty Obasi, Chinyere Udoma and Agape Love Band.

Some of his hit songs include Good or bad (Oway), Jupa and Cool temper
