Sex Position:
To increase chances of having a female child, the couple may engage in a rear entry intercourse, where the man does it from behind the woman. The farther the sperm is from the cervix, the more advantage it gives to the female chromosome (Y) than the male.

On the other hand, for couples who desire a boy child, they are advised to have sex in a position called a missionary position. This is when it is done face to face with the man on top. This should be at the start or during the ovulation period so as to increase the chances of getting a male child.
