Benefits of having a full time job

When it comes to employment, there are 3 categories of employments which are; part time employment, where the employee has to work half of the normal hours, there is also a full time employment, here the employee is a part and parcel of the organization or company and works the complete number of hours required, usually 9am to 5 pm, finally, there is a contractor employment where the employee is employed to do a specific task, after which the person is paid off.

Benefits of full time employment:
- Regular Means Of Income: Most full time employers pay their employers weekly, bi weekly or monthly, which ever time the pay is coming, its is a means of constant employment for the worker, and with this a person can take care of basic needs like rent, water and electricity bill etc. Though this is not financial independence because it has been said that a person cannot not achieve financial independence as a employee unless it is a sales job that works on percentage, but it goes a long way in satisfying basic needs in the family.

- Opportunity To Save And Invest: A full time job with a good financial education gives the employee the opportunity to save a percentage of his salary and invest it on other things that will generate passive income, while he remains at his full time job. Investing and owning a business is a solid way a person can achieve financial independence, but the can start out as a full time employee and raise capital for the business

- Personal development: When a person is fully employed, he is hardly idle and is able to develop better into a more responsible person. It allows you to perfect your skills and be able to achieve more than if you were less active.
