Carrot, the crunchy root vegetable that is orange in colour is one of the popular vegetables enjoyed by everybody; it is eaten raw most times and is one of the fruits used in preparation of vegetable salad or Cole slaw though some people opt to eat it alone or make it into a vegetable juice. What most people do not know is that carrots have very health benefits and supplements it adds to the body.
