Coconut is one of the favourite fruits or nuts people take around the world. The fruit comes with a greenish or brownish out husk, a brownish inner shell and the white flesh, it also contains some quantity of coconut water. Coconut can be eaten a lot or it can be combined with other food such as maize. Apart from the fact that coconut is sweet, it contains a high benefits for the health.

Some of the health benefits of coconut;
