Body building exercise does not only help build your body but for losing weight as well. Those who are already fat need to engage in certain exercises will help burn fat while building their body. Body building has the advantage in that it can be concentrated on certain areas of the body thus helping you to burn fat in certain parts of the body like the gut, belly region, thighs and arms.

The following form of exercise, which I will discuss below have been tested and known to help shed weight while toning the body.

Exercise one: Aerobics-There are several body building exercises that help to shed unwanted weight and its target is the bum, legs and hips. Do aerobics exercise two times daily, using 30 minutes for each session .Aerobic exercise will help you burn about 800 calories per hour on daily basis. It may be difficult to start but as time goes on, it becomes easy Be sure to do it right to get good results.

Exercise two: Cycling-This form of exercise is a real calorie burner, especially if you are a fast rider .You can do it indoor or outdoor but has more fun outdoor. Bicycling is easy to learn and add fun to body building. It can give motivation especially if you are ridding with other body builders or weight watchers. If you are the type that is restricted or time is not on your side, or due to other factors, you can do it indoors. If you are in environment that permits outdoor cycling, make sure you are conversant with the traffic laws in order to prevent accidents. With cycling as a form of exercise, about 500-1000 calories are burned within an hour.

Exercise three: This involes the use of Elliptical burner which has low impact but easy to use. It gets the abdomen in shape and builds the body. This machine helps in toning the stomach and build muscles. Elliptical burner also helps in burning calories of about 600 per hour.

Exercise four: The last but not the least form of exercised is the rowing. It helps in toning the arms and legs .It can also help in getting the abdomen tightened. Rowing is a fun filled exercise that helps to burn up 500-600 calories per hour. If you cannot afford a boat of your own, you can join a local rowing club, which allows you to try it free. There are rowing machines in gyms as well and they tell you how much you’ve rowed.

With various form of exercise listed above, I believe you can lose weight effectively if you get involved in the above exercises.
