Why people do little or no exercise

Some people have a sedentary life style. They have little or no time to move around actively or to exercise. Lack of exercise is the major cause of many health complications such as obesity and over weight, arthritis, heart related problems.

Here are some of the reasons I think on why people do little or no exercise are:

• No Time: Many people are so choked up with their work that they have little or no time for themselves. They leave their houses very early in the morning and come back late at night feeling very tired and worn out.

• Lack of Motivation: To some other people, their reason for not doing exercise is that they lack the motivation and will power to start in the first place, and even when they get started, they stop after a while because nobody was there to motivate them.

• Procrastination: Procrastination is known as the thief of time, and it is another reason why many people do not exercise. They keep on procrastination the day they will get started and days come and go.

Recommendation:

• First, always make out time to workout, no matter how busy you are, you can make out just 30 minutes daily to exercise. In other to achieve that, you might make some changes such as waking up earlier than you used to.

• Secondly, learn to be self-motivated because unless you have the money to hire a person trainer, you are responsible for yourself. Find things like music that can keep you motivated to exercise.

• Thirdly, understand that movement is life and you start to die when you stop moving. It's good to get out of the car or home once in a while and do some exercise like walking.
