A good footwear is one of the accessories that complete our dressing; the footwear can be a Shoe, a sandal, a High heel shoe, a running shoe et cetera. Different shoes are meant for different occasions and whatever shoe a person wear must complete the person’s dressing.

One rule about foot wears is that, a person should always wear shoes that the person is comfortable in; a shoe that is not too big or too small for your size is ideal; some persons, mostly women are guilty of wearing the wrong shoe size all in the name of fashion and keeping up with trend.

I will mention some of the negative effects that are caused by wearing the wrong shoe size;

- It Makes You Feel Uncomfortable: Wearing a shoe that is either too tight or too large for your size makes you very uncomfortable as long as you’re wearing the shoe, and in most cases, it will be a total distraction from concentrating on happenings around you.

- Health Complications: Wearing the wrong shoe size can result to some serious health complication; for instance, very tight shoes can restrict blood circulation around the toes and feet and cause you pains, also if the shoe is a tight high heeled shoe, it can affect the shoes around the ball of the feet and lead to rheumatism in the long run, while over sized shoes will only make you have a sloppy walking step, as you will be trying to keep the shoe in balance with your toes.

I believe everyone can afford to at least have one comfortable shoe size. It won't make sense if you spend a lot of money on many shoes but none of them really offers you some comfort when you wear it. It's better to spend your money on quality shoes rather than on quantity.
